Jen Jackson, Founder, MA, LLMSW
Clinton Township, Farmington Hills, Telehealth
Jen has personal experience with the heartache of a child struggling with addiction. She says, “it was a painful realization when my adopted son, someone I’ve held in my arms and watched grow, started battling addiction. As a therapist, I had professional knowledge, but as a parent, I faced the emotional turmoil that addiction brings. We journeyed through various programs, sought community support, and engaged with the juvenile justice system. It was an exhausting battle, one too many parents are currently fighting.” In addition to general therapy, she started Serenity with a special focus on providing a resource and support to parents dealing with issues of substance use in their children.

Jen is a licensed social worker with a profound passion for guiding individuals and families toward hope and healing. With a specialized focus on adoption, foster care, parenting and family dynamics, as well as addiction, she brings a unique perspective to her therapeutic practice.

Jen warmly welcomes individuals aged 13 and above into her therapeutic space, offering a safe and nurturing environment where healing can take root.
