Participants can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they learn to build motivation, manage urges, cope with emotions, and create a balanced, fulfilling life.

SMART Recovery Friends & Family meetings provide support for those affected by a loved one’s addictive behaviors, using evidence-based strategies to promote healthy communication and self-care. Participants can expect a respectful, compassionate space to share experiences, learn practical tools, and regain a sense of balance and control in their own lives.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy October 28th, 7-8:30pm
(12 weeks, Every Tuesday)
(Clinton Township, Registration required)
This is a structured, skills-based treatment approach that helps individuals learn practical tools for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, increasing mindfulness, and reducing harmful behaviors. Originally developed for individuals with borderline personality disorder, DBT group therapy is now widely used to support people struggling with mood disorders, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and difficulty coping with stress.
